we have years of experience catering and planning for small & large (20-450 guests) events including:
corporate office events and team building
private events including birthdays, anniversaries, openings, reunions and more
cultural events, community events and celebrations
unique bar service including authentic mezcal tastings and specialty mezcal cocktails
we care a lot about:
our community- our team are an all New Majority community.
we create as many sliding scale community events as we can, and often donate our time and services to people in need if we are in the position ourselves to do so.
we want our community to experience our passions- the culture and cuisine of méxico, alongside with local artists, performers, musicians etc.
collaboration- to showcase the amazing talent in our community.
sustainability & waste: we only use compostable table and glass ware. we have it down to a science how much food to prepare- there is never too little of course, and if there is too much, we donate it immediately after events to local missions.
local ingredients: fresh, local and seasonal. organic when possible. we partner with local purveyors in our community
food restrictions: vegetarian and vegan options always. almost all of our dishes are free of gluten naturally.
We pay close attention to every detail, and to meticulous/safe cleaning.
